Mars Bar Fudge!


πŸ“ Ingredients:


For the Fudge:


397 g Condensed Milk

500 g Milk Chocolate

275 g Mars Bars

1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Extra:


275 g Mars Bar (chopped)

🍫🍬 Instructions:


1️⃣ Line a tin with parchment paper. We recommend using a 7×10" Brownie Tin for a nice depth of fudge!


2️⃣ In a heavy-based saucepan, combine the condensed milk, Mars Bars, milk chocolate, and vanilla extract. Melt the ingredients over low heat, stirring frequently to prevent the chocolate from sticking to the bottom of the pan and burning. Mix everything together well until smooth.


3️⃣ Let the mixture cool for 5 minutes. Beat it again, then fold in half of the chopped Mars Bars quickly. Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared tin and smooth it out.


4️⃣ Sprinkle the remaining Mars Bar bits on top of the fudge and gently press them into the surface. Store the tin in the fridge for at least 5-6 hours (or preferably overnight) to allow the fudge to set.


5️⃣ Once the fudge is set, remove it from the tin and cut it into squares. For bite-sized fudge pieces, cut them into approximately 1-inch squares. If the fudge is still a little soft, return it to the fridge for another couple of hours to finish setting.
