Ingredients:

2 cups crushed pretzels

3/4 cup melted butter

3 tablespoons sugar

1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, drained

1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix

1 container (8 oz) whipped topping, thawed

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup granulated sugar

Directions:

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a bowl, combine the crushed pretzels, melted butter, and 3 tablespoons of sugar. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish. Bake for 8 minutes, then let cool completely.

In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and 1/4 cup sugar until smooth and creamy.

Fold in the whipped topping and then the drained crushed pineapple.

Sprinkle the instant vanilla pudding mix over the pineapple mixture and stir until well combined.

Spread the pineapple mixture over the cooled pretzel crust and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
