2 lbs Beef Short Ribs
1 cup Soy Sauce
1/2 cup Brown Sugar
1/4 cup Mirin
1/4 cup Rice Vinegar
1 Onion (sliced)
4 cloves Garlic (minced)
1 tbsp Ginger (minced)
2 cups Water
2 Green Onions (sliced, for garnish)
1 tbsp Sesame Seeds (for garnish)
📝 Instructions:
🔥 Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
🍖 In a large oven-safe pot, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, mirin, rice vinegar, sliced onion, minced garlic, and minced ginger.
🍖 Add the beef short ribs to the pot, ensuring they are fully coated in the sauce.
🌊 Pour water over the ribs until they are mostly submerged.
🍲 Cover the pot and transfer it to the preheated oven. Braise for 2.5 to 3 hours, or until the meat is tender.
🌟 Once done, remove from the oven, and garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds.
