✅ Ingredients:


2 cups cooked and shredded chicken

1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened

1 cup sour cream

2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese, divided

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided

1 (4 oz.) can diced green chiles

10 flour tortillas

1 (10 oz.) can green enchilada sauce

Salt and pepper to taste

Optional garnishes: chopped green onions, cilantro, avocado

Prepare Filling:


In a large bowl, mix the shredded chicken, cream cheese, sour cream, half of the Monterey Jack cheese, half of the cheddar cheese, and the green chiles. Season with salt and pepper.

Assemble Enchiladas:


Spoon the filling onto each tortilla, roll them up, and place seam-side down in a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.

Add Sauce and Cheese:


Pour the green enchilada sauce over the rolled tortillas and sprinkle the remaining cheeses on top.
