YOGURT CAKE πŸ˜‹

 Ingredients:

 1 lemon yogurt ( Use yogurt cup for measuring flour, sugar)

 1 measure of sunflower oil

 2 measures of sugar - 2 yogurt Cups

 3 measures of pastry flour - 3 yogurt Cups

 2 tsp baking powder 

 lemon zest

 3 eggs


 INSTRUCTIONS 


 1. Grease the mold with butter, margarine or oil and sprinkle it with flour so that it does not stick to us.  Preheat the oven to 200ΒΊC.

 2. In a bowl we introduce the 3 eggs.

 3. We added 1 lemon yogurt.

 4. and the zest of 1 lemon, beating everything well.

 5. With the yogurt container we take a measure of sunflower oil since that way it will not add flavor.

 6. and we add it.

 7. With the yogurt container we take 2 measures of sugar.

 8. and we add it.

 9. We beat it and finally we take 3 measures of flour.

 10. We sift it and incorporate it.

 11. We remove everything well from corner & adding baking Powder 

 12. We continue stirring with the rods until there are no lumps and we pour the mixture over the mold and then put it in the oven.  We bake it for 25 – 30 minutes depending on the oven.

 13. Before removing it, check it with the tip of a knife or a wooden stick and if it comes out dry, it's ready.  Let cool and your yogurt cake 1, 2, 3 is ready to eat.
