Strawberry Champagne Tiramisu πŸ₯‚πŸ“


Indulge in the luxurious blend of champagne and strawberries with our Strawberry Champagne Tiramisu.


Ingredients:


Champagne Mixture:


1 3/4 cups (420ml) champagne

1/3 cup (69g) sugar

1/2 cup water


Strawberries:


2 lbs fresh strawberries, washed, hulled, and diced

3 tbsp (24g) sugar


Filling:


6 large egg yolks

1 cup (207g) sugar

1 1/4 cups (10oz) mascarpone cheese

1 3/4 cups (420ml) heavy whipping cream, cold

1 (17.5 ounce) package ladyfingers


Whipped Cream Topping:


1 1/4 cups (300ml) heavy whipping cream, cold

1/2 cup (58g) powdered sugar

3/4 tsp vanilla extract

Strawberries, for decorating


Directions:


1️⃣ Prepare the Champagne Mixture: In a small saucepan, combine champagne and sugar. Cook over medium-low heat until the sugar dissolves. Remove from heat, add water, and cool in the fridge.


2️⃣ Sweeten the Strawberries: Combine diced strawberries and sugar. Gently toss to coat and set aside.


3️⃣ Make the Mascarpone Filling: Whisk egg yolks and sugar over simmering water until thickened. Let it cool. Whip cold heavy cream to stiff peaks. Fold mascarpone into the egg mixture, then fold in whipped cream.


4️⃣ Assemble the Tiramisu: Dip ladyfingers into the champagne mixture and layer them in a 9x13 pan. Add half of the sweetened strawberries and half of the mascarpone filling. Repeat for another layer.


5️⃣ Whip the Cream: In a separate bowl, whip cold heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until stiff peaks form.


6️⃣ Decorate and Refrigerate: Decorate the tiramisu with whipped cream, strawberries, and any desired toppings. Refrigerate for 3-4 hours or overnight.
