🌟🍩 Churros Poppers! 🍩🌟


- 1 cup water 💧

- 2 tbsp granulated sugar 🍚

- 1/2 tsp salt 🧂

- 2 tbsp vegetable oil 🥕

- 1 cup all-purpose flour 🌾

- 2 large eggs 🥚

- 1 tsp vanilla extract 🌼

- Vegetable oil, for frying 🥕

- 1/2 cup granulated sugar, for coating 🍚

- 1 tsp ground cinnamon 🌿

- Caramel sauce or chocolate sauce, for dipping (optional) 🍯🍫


1️⃣ In a saucepan, combine the water, granulated sugar, salt, and vegetable oil. Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat.

2️⃣ Remove the saucepan from the heat and quickly stir in the flour until well combined and the mixture forms a ball of dough.

3️⃣ In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs and vanilla extract.

4️⃣ Gradually add the egg mixture to the dough, mixing well after each addition. The dough should become smooth and sticky.

5️⃣ Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan or fryer to about 350°F (175°C).

6️⃣ Transfer the churros dough to a piping bag fitted with a large star tip.

7️⃣ Pipe small portions of the dough into the hot oil, cutting them off with scissors or a knife. Fry until golden brown and cooked through.

8️⃣ Remove the churros poppers from the oil using a slotted spoon and drain on a paper towel-lined plate.

9️⃣ In a shallow bowl, combine the granulated sugar and ground cinnamon. Roll the warm churros poppers in the sugar-cinnamon mixture until coated.
