Peanut butter balls -

Several people are wanting mom’s easy peanut butter balls ... the recipe is 

Peanut butter balls - 

2 lb. powdered sugar, 1 ( 18 oz.) Jif peanut butter, 2 sticks butter and 1 1/2 - 2 chocolate almond bar 

Mixed powdered sugar, peanut butter ( used several and jif is the best ) and melted butter. I use my hands until mixed. Roll out the peanut butter mixture (about 1 1/2 inch balls). Then refrigerate overnight. The next day put the pb balls in the freezer for about 20 - 30 minutes. 

Melt the bark in the microwave 1 minute, stir and 30 seconds and stir until liquid. Dip. Repeat for the almond bark until liquid.


My mom made peanut butter balls for over 40 years and made 600-650 pb balls each year because people LOVED them.  Precious memories!
