COCONUT CAKE recipe with fresh Coconut

500g flour
500g Margarine
400g Sugar
3tsp Baking Powder
2tsp Baking Soda
10 Eggs
3 cups of freshly grated coconut
2 tsp vanilla flavour
2 tsp coconut flavour
Method
Peel off the browny back of two fresh Coconut. You can use the tiny part of your grater to do this.
Wash and Grate till you get the right quantity.
Follow the normal creaming cake method.
Add and fold in the grated Coconut at the end.
