 CHOCOLATE CAKE WITH PASSION FRUIT MOUSSE FILLING 


INGREDIENTS:


•4 eggs

•1 cup of sugar

•1/2 Cup melted butter

•1 cup of milk

•1 and 1/2 Cup of wheat flour

•4 tablespoons of cocoa in

•Dust

•1 tablespoon of baking powder


Preparation method: Stuffing:


1 can of condensed milk (not thin)

1 small box of cream (ice cream)

240 ml of concentrated passion fruit juice 300 ml of whipped cream, whipped with 3 tablespoons (it needs to be very firm)

Drops, pieces or shavings of milk chocolate of your choice to taste


Preparation method:


Mix the condensed milk, cream and juice with a whisk in a mixing bowl.


Then gently fold in the whipped cream from bottom to top.

Lastly add the chocolate,


Mass:


In a bowl add 4 eggs, 1 cup of sugar, 1/2 cup of melted butter and 1 cup of milk.


Mix well and add 1 and 1/2 cups of wheat flour and 4 tablespoons of cocoa powder. Mix well and add 1 tablespoon of baking powder.


Grease the 18 cm mold and pour the dough, bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.


Assembly:


I assemble the cake in the mold, put a plastic bag in the mold and assemble it, add a slice of cake and three spoons of filling, and so on.


For the ganache topping, I used 200 grams of dark chocolate + 100 grams of cream, mixed the two and spread it around the cake.
