Ingredients
Flour: a cup (brown)
Brown sugar: a third of a cup
Baking powder: half a teaspoon
Walnuts: a quarter cup (crushed)
Salt: a quarter of a teaspoon
Blueberry: a cup (fresh)
Almond milk: a quarter cup
Eggs: 1 piece
Vanilla: half a teaspoon
How to prepare
Heat the oven at 180°C.
In a mixing bowl, mix together the following ingredients: flour, sugar, baking powder, walnuts, and salt.
In another bowl, whisk the eggs with the vanilla and almond milk, then add the mixture to the flour mixture.
Add the blueberry cup and stir gently until the ingredients are combined.
Spread the mixture in cupcake molds lined with special paper, and put the molds into the oven for 30-40 minutes until maturity.
After the time has passed, remove the molds and let them cool completely, then serve.
