14 grams (14g royal) unflavored gelatin or gelatin

 100 gr gelatin flavor of choice

 200 gr common sugar

 200ml water

 Powdered sugar for the finish


 1. Mix the unflavored gelatin with half the water and sugar.  Boil for 3 minutes.

 2. Dissolve the gelatin, I chose raspberry for that reason they were pink, and add to the previous preparation.  Boil for another 4 minutes stirring so that it does not burn.

 3. Immediately remove from heat and pour into a bowl.  Beat until it takes consistency of meringue.  It may take time so be patient in this step.

 4. Prepare a fountain with impalpable sugar so that it does not stick and overturn the smoothie.  Mix very quickly and sprinkle with more powdered sugar.  Wait for it to dry.  It may take about 10 minutes.  Then cut portions of the size you like with scissors.
