LEMON MOUSSE


 INGREDIENTS


 340 g cream cheese

 200g icing sugar

 1 pinch of salt

 1 teaspoon lemon zest

 1 lemon

 240 g cold whipped cream


 INSTRUCTIONS 


 In a bowl, add the cream cheese, sugar, salt and then pour in the lemon juice.  Start mixing and add the cream and lemon zest.  Continue beating and serve with lemon zest.
