300 g flour

 200 g of sugar (you can put a little less, to taste)

 100 g unsalted butter

 6 eggs

 2 lemons (zest and juice)

 2 lemon yogurts (250 g in total)

 1 packet of yeast (16 g)


 1. Preheat the oven to 180 ΒΊC.

 2. We beat the eggs with the sugar until they double the volume.

 3. Add the melted butter in the microwave, the lemon juice and zest, and the yogurt and beat vigorously until everything is well combined.

 4. Sift the flour with the yeast over this mixture and re-integrate everything with the help of a spatula until a very smooth and homogeneous mixture remains.

 5. Grease an oven mold and sprinkle with flour.  We put the mixture in the mold and bake for half an hour until it is well done inside (we click with a toothpick to see if it is cooked).  Do not open the oven until the lemon cake has risen.
